EBRD e-Learning Programme

EBRD TRADE FACILITATION PROGRAMME ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL ISSUES IN TRADE


This course represents 2 hours of structured online training in environmental and social (E&S) issues in trade. The objective of this training course is to provide a firm understanding of the E&S issues that are impacting on trade, the risks involved for banks, and the policies and procedures developed by the EBRD to mitigate these risks.


Course Contents

This course is divided into 3 modules:


Module 1: E&S Issues

The 'E&S Issues' module provides a comprehensive overview of E&S issues and the EBRD's E&S policies and procedures.


Module 2: Case Studies

The 'Case Studies' module provides trainees with an opportunity to apply their knowledge ofthe EBRD's E&S policies and procedures.


Module 3: Assessment

The 'Assessment module' tests trainees understanding of environmental and social and the EBRD's E&S policies and procedures.
